About Me
I am a mother of 2, a Registered Nurse and a Holistic Health Coach. I have worked as a nurse in a critical care setting for over 15 years (crazy how time flies!). I love my role and value the science and research that goes into healthcare. I also believe that our bodies have knowledge and that if we tune in and listen, we can balance the needs of our bodies holistically and do the best we can to set ourselves up for a happy and healthy life.
