You don’t have to go it alone.  Work with me for one-on-one support as I guide you along your journey of health and self-discovery.  As a Registered Nurse and Holistic Health Coach, I will help you make sense of all the health information for YOU and your body.  I will help you find realistic, sustainable solutions to your health and wellness goals and identify any potential barriers that could stand in your way.  Learn how to be in tune with and trust your body, discover healthy new habits, knowledge, and routines that you enjoy, and feel more empowered, confident, energized, and comfortable in your own skin, plus so much more!

DIETARY CONSULTATION

Have you visited a healthcare professional, who has advised you to try a specific diet or way of eating? Or have you been wanting to try something on your own? Are you feeling overwhelmed with the idea of getting started or how to get through the transition?

I can help you understand the specifics and choices around different diets/styles of eating and together we can figure out how they work for you and your body. I will provide helpful information and recipe ideas to help you achieve your wellness goals.

Initial Session: 60 minutes - $147

Follow up sessions: 45 minutes - $75

6 MONTH PROGRAM

Targeted, individualized, and empowered health coaching sessions.
Transform your overall health on your terms, without sacrificing what is important to you. We all have our own unique health needs, and in these sessions, we will work together to gain clarity on your health state and accomplish your wellness goals as you move through your wellness journey.   Health is more than just what we eat and how we move our bodies, it is also impacted by our lifestyle choices and habits (stress levels, relationships, environments, spirituality, finances, etc.)  A holistic approach to health is so important and all encompassing.  Whether you are struggling with a particular health challenge or just looking to gain clarity and a deeper understanding of nutrition and how it relates to your body and lifestyle, this program will completely change your health, relationship with food, and wellness!

We will work together to make step-by-step, individualized, and easily integrated changes, so that you stay on track and reach your goals permanently!

One-on-One Sessions

Two 50-minute, one-on-one sessions per month, with on-going support, as you need it! This option really gives us the time to dive deeply into all of your health and wellness challenges and work through solutions that fit best into your life.

$250/month

Group Session

Two 1.5 hour sessions per month. Small Group setting to allow the time for everyone to work through their individual health challenges and be inspired by the stories and progress of others. Sometimes individual breakthroughs are made easier when listening to the challenges of another.

$125/month
